10. Kirkland Signature
The Kirkland Signature multivitamins are pretty standard and can be found in most stores. They are nothing too fancy but they provide the essential nutrients necessary for a balanced diet and help promote energy. They are formulated for high absorption rates and fill in any necessary dietary gaps. Aside from the essential ingredients, the multivitamins also contain a higher count of folic acid, selenium, and calcium.
9. Rainbow Light
The Rainbow Light multivitamins are food-based vegan, and gluten free. They use raw, natural, and whole food ingredients to provide you with the daily recommended vitamin allowance and keep you at the top of your game. They promote heart, immune, brain, and skin health. They also have a super food energy complex which is made out of kelp, spirulina, and chlorella. Combined, these ingredients increase energy levels, aid in stress support, and provide daily support for overall health. Rainbow Light multivitamins also have broad antioxidant and nutritional support from potent nutrients such as a B-complex blend, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and much more. We really love these easy to digest, plant sourced multivitamins!
8. NOW Foods
NOW Foods carries quite a few different multivitamin formulas. Once you pick the right one for you, you’re ready to go. These excellent multivitamins are formulated to minimize the daily consumption of pills and fill any dietary gaps with just one pill a day. Most of the available multivitamins are free from animal-sourced ingredients and can be taken in pill, capsule, liquid, or chewable form. The Daily Vits Multivitamin is the most common daily vitamin from the NOW Foods line and the one we would recommended if you don’t have any specific health requirements. It contains all of the necessary daily vitamins and minerals. We love it!
7. Mega Food
All of the Mega Food products are dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and vegan. These multivitamins are perfect for anyone with diet restrictions or food allergies. They’re also just plain good for you! These whole-food multivitamin and mineral supplements may not taste incredible, but your body will thank you. They are meant to nourish, balance, and replenish your body, one pill at a time. Also, because of your their whole-food ingredients, they are gentle and easy to digest. You can even take them on an empty stomach!
6. Vita Fusion
Our favorite part about these gummy multivitamins is that they actually taste like candy! A vitamin that doesn’t taste like a vitamin? Count us in! They come in natural colors and flavors: berry, peach and orange. Aside from their taste, they’re actually a wonderful and highly reviewed multivitamin brand. The VitaFusion MultiVites Complete Multivitamin Gummy has all of the essential daily vitamins needed to remain happy and healthy. One vitamin has as much vitamin A as a cup of broccoli, as much vitamin C as a tangerine, as much vitamin D as a 5 ounce salmon, and contains 200% of the daily allowance of vitamin D, which is always important. These multivitamin gummies rule.
5. Nature’s Way
Nature’s Way Multivitamins are formulated with all of the best vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and food-based nutrients. The multivitamin ensures high energy levels, cardiovascular support, healthy bones, eyes, heart, colon and more. It also supports immune system levels and provides whole body nourishment. Keep an eye out for the Max and Ultra Potency versions of the multivitamins. They could be helpful for some people, but the high quantities of vitamins and minerals are more than your body actually needs and can absorb. So you might just be throwing the extra cash out the window. Also, we prefer the gummy version of the multivitamin though. The tablets are not as well formulated so we would skip them if you have a choice. Stick to the average Nature’s Way gummy multivitamins and you’re ready for anything!
4. Garden of Life
Garden of Life has it all for men, women, and children. Their multivitamins are all Non-GMO Certified, vegetarian, gluten-free, and raw. They can be taken with most diets, which is a wonderful advantage. Garden of Life provides a sufficient amount of vitamins and nutrients through only whole-food ingredients, which is why we love it so much. It also means it doesn’t taste the best…but your body will thank you!
3. Nature Made
We love Nature Made! They include 23 key vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, are cost effective, and come highly reviewed. The multivitamins aim to repair and strengthen muscle tissue for greater mobility, support the heart and other organs, and support mental sharpness. All things which should most definitely be focused on! One downside is that the standard Nature Made Multi Complete Multivitamin contains gelatin. This can be tough for a vegan diet. Other than that, this multivitamin brand rocks!
2. One A Day
One A Day is commonly known as one of the top multivitamin brands on the market. It provides decent levels of important vitamins and minerals and is inexpensive. Whether you’re looking for a women’s, men’s, children’s, or elderly vitamin, One A Day has got you covered. They have every multivitamin line you can think of and all aim to keep you in tip top physical shape! That’s precisely why One A Day comes in at number 2.
Centrum has remained the best vitamin brand for quite awhile now. It’s wonderful for all ages, genders, body types, and diets. As the country’s most popular vitamin brand, Centrum’s multivitamins adhere to the latest dietary guidelines and requirements and offer a full range of vitamins and minerals. They don’t leave anything out. The tablets are easy to swallow, fairly good flavor with hardly an after taste, and are a great reflection of our nutritional needs. Centrum is also extremely inexpensive, which is a bonus!
